Terms and conditions

By placing an order with A.D. Studio, you agree to the following shop rules and business terms.

1. Order Acceptance & Pricing

  • The Contract: A legally binding contract is formed between you (the customer) and A.D. Studio once you receive an order confirmation email.
  • Pricing: All prices are shown in GBP (£). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; however, you will always pay the price displayed at the moment of checkout.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Ownership: All artwork, designs, and website content are the sole property of the artist ( myself ).
  • Usage: Purchase of a physical print or original does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, scan, or resell the artwork for commercial purposes without a formal licensing agreement.

3. Product Variations

  • Hand-Finished Works: Because these pieces are individually hand-painted with gold/bronze pigments, you acknowledge that minor variations in texture and metallic sheen are expected. This is the nature of bespoke art and is not considered a defect.
  • Digital Display: I strive for colour accuracy, but please note that screen settings vary. The physical print may differ slightly in tone from what you see on your device.

4. Delivery & Customs

  • UK Orders: Shipped via tracked service.
  • International Orders: For items shipped from my UK studio (Hand-finished/Originals), the customer is responsible for all local import duties, VAT, and handling fees.
  • Address Accuracy: I am not liable for lost packages due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

5. Cancellations & Shop Rights

  • Cancellations: As my products are "Made to Order," I cannot accept cancellations once production has begun (usually within 12 hours of order).
  • Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud or technical errors). In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • A.D. Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your purchase. My maximum liability is limited to the total value of your order.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
