Returns and refunds

At A.D. Art Studio, every piece of art is produced specifically for you. Because our works are "Made to Order" and my Studio Editions are individually hand-finished by the artist (myself), I operate a strict return policy in accordance with UK Consumer Law regarding bespoke goods.

1. Made-to-Order & Hand-Finished Art

  • No Change-of-Mind Returns: All sales are final. Because each print is produced to order (and in the case of Studio Editions, hand-embellished), I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the production process has begun.
  • Unique Variations: For hand-finished pieces, please note that minor variations in paint texture and gold pigment are a feature of the artistic process and make your piece a unique 1-of-1. These are not considered faults.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

I take immense care in my "White Glove" packaging process, but if your art arrives damaged, we will make it right.

  • Reporting Damage: You must notify me at [[email protected]] within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence: Please include high-resolution photos of the damaged artwork and the exterior packaging (especially if the tube/box is crushed or torn).
  • Resolution: If the damage is verified, I will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no extra cost to you. In the rare event that a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

3. Shipping Issues

  • Incorrect Address: I cannot offer refunds for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to my studio because it was unclaimed or the duties were unpaid, a re-shipping fee will apply to send the item back to you.

4. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding goods that are faulty or not as described.
