SHIPPING & ART LOGISTICS

1. Museum-Grade Packaging

To ensure the structural integrity of our 3D industrial reliefs and hand-finished canvas editions, all large-format works (1m+) are dispatched in bespoke, reinforced timber shadow-box crates. This museum-grade packaging is engineered to protect reactive metallic patinas and 3D textures during transit.

2. Specialist Art Couriers

We do not use standard parcel networks. All original reliefs and premium editions are handled by specialist fine art couriers.

  • London & UK: We operate a dedicated logistics corridor from our South Wales studio to Central London and nationwide.

  • White-Glove Service: Delivery includes professional handling and, where arranged, room-of-choice placement.

3. Insurance & Valuation

Every shipment is covered by comprehensive transit insurance for the full retail value of the artwork (up to £5,000 per unit). In the rare event of transit damage, the studio must be notified within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence to initiate an insurance claim or restoration.

4. Lead Times & Dispatch

  • Existing Collection: Dispatched within 7–10 working days to allow for bespoke crating.

  • Hand-Finished Editions: 3–4 weeks (due to studio curing times for reactive metallic paints).

  • Commissioned Works: 6–8 weeks from deposit, depending on scale and complexity.

5. International Enquiries

While our primary focus is the UK design market, we can facilitate international air-freight via global art handlers (e.g., Convelio). Please contact the studio for a bespoke global shipping quote.

6. Trade Collection

Designers may arrange their own specialist collection from our studio by appointment. In such cases, the studio’s liability ends once the work is signed over to the designated courier.
