Shipping and delivery

At A.D. Studio, I take pride in ensuring your art arrives in pristine, gallery condition. We use a hybrid fulfillment model to ensure the fastest and most sustainable delivery possible.

1. Fulfillment Locations

• Standard Prints (Direct): To reduce our carbon footprint and speed up delivery, standard prints are produced and dispatched by our professional lab partners at the location nearest to you (London: UK for the UK & Ireland, Dusseldorf: Germany to serve the whole of Europe, and the world, Brooklyn, NYC to serve North America)
• Hand-Finished Editions & Originals: These pieces are uniquely hand-embellished by the artist and are dispatched exclusively from my UK Studio.

2. Processing Times

• Standard Prints: Dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Hand-Finished & Original Art: Please allow 7–14 business days for the hand-painting, drying, and curation process before dispatch.
• Certificates of Authenticity: For hand-finished works, your certificate is prepared in-studio and included with your shipment.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

• UK: 2–3 business days (Tracked)
• EU: 5–10 business days (Tracked)
• Rest of World: 7–20 business days (Tracked)

Note: Delivery times are estimates. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (2026 Update)

• UK Orders: No customs duties apply.
• International Orders: For orders shipped from our UK studio to the EU or elsewhere, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local handling fees.
• As of 2026, EU regulations require duties on all imports regardless of value. Please check your local customs office for current rates.

5. Damaged Goods

Art is fragile. If your tube or print arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging before opening and contact me at [[email protected]] within 48 hours. I will arrange a replacement or resolution immediately.
